Dulux trade vinyl matt emulsion paint white 10ltr 75849 top quality high opacity emulsion based on akzonobel technology which gives excellent coverage and application as well as a durable finish. 1 leave the plaster a couple of days and seal it off with supermatt or any other chalkie matt paint very thinned out with water. If you re on a high spec job and the client is adamant they want dulux this is the product to buy. Much better than the standard vinyl matt.
